Michael C. Betros, CPA/PFS, co-founded D’Arcangelo Financial Advisors in 2000 after spending 20 years specializing in financial and tax planning for individuals and businesses. Mike started his career in New York City in 1980, joined D’Arcangelo & Co., CPA’s in 1983 and became a partner of the firm in 1988.
Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Treasurer of the Astor Home for Children, and a financial secretary for the Knights of Columbus Council #13378. He is a past board member for the LaGrange Youth Baseball Board, Big Brothers /Big Sisters of Dutchess County and the Mental Health Association of Dutchess County. Mike holds a bachelors degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University.

John J. Cina, CPA/PFS, co-founded D’arcangelo Financial Advisors in 2000 after spending 19 years specializing in financial and tax planning for individuals and businesses. Jack joined D’Arcangelo & Co., CPA’s in 1981 and became a partner of the firm in 1989.
Jack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is on the investment committee of St. Francis Hospital and the Community Foundation of Dutchess County, a trustee of the St. Francis Hospital Board, V.P. of Finance for the Community Foundation and on the Board of Directors of the Hudson Valley Endoscopy Center. He is a past trustee of the Saint Francis Hospital Healthcare Foundation and a Past Chairman of the Marist College Annual Fund Business Division. Jack holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Fordham University.

Timothy J. Holk, Senior Advisor, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 1975. Tim started with E.F. Hutton in 1983 and has worked in the financial services industry since then. Most of his career has been spent advising and consulting with institutional investors, including many pension directors from some of the largest pension plans in the country.
Since joining D'Arcangelo Financial Advisors, Tim has served as director of our Investment Policy Committee. The Committee provides guidance on investment trends and strategies for the firm's investors. By applying academic research to the practical world of investing, Tim's goal is to help our clients structure globally diversified portfolios and provide them with a successful investment experience.
